The Pain Doesnt stop when the baby arrives……

I’ve recently realised that just because your lovely baby arrives and has just either put you through heel during labour or made sure you need months of recovering after a c section the pain doesnt stop.

A couple of weeks ago Jack was having a cuddle on the sofa, turned round and slipped, headbutting me in the process…… half a bottle of foundation, lots of powder and shed loads of concealor later and you couldnt really see the two resulting black eyes!

Tonight we were messing about as I was getting Jack ready for bed, he sat on my knee getting his trousers on and threw himself backwards and yup, you guessed it… Headbutted me again!!!!!

My nose immeadiatly started bleeding, Luke started wailing, Mummy said several hundred “Grown up naughty words” and her nose expolded allover her nose… Now even an hour later its still bleeding occasionally the dull throbbing in my face is getting worse and Its getting more difficult to breathe through my nose! lol.

I’ve had a quick feel along the bridge of my nose and while its not got a bump or lump there its cracking like mad.

I darent look to see if its bruised, the thought of sitting in front of a mirror tomorrow and then having to explain to everyone that my two year old has broken my nose isnt an appealing one lol
